This is the silver extension set of programs for the module Service Desk.

It brings new features such as:

  • Incidents per month;
  • More detail on incidents for your customer via the front end;
  • Sorting and selecting of incidents in the back end.
 
You need module Service Desk version 0.2 and higher to use this extension!
Select this file if you want to install via file manager of CMSMS or FTP.
Once installed, read the wiki help (available via the Silver Options tab) how to do a post install.
